Nivea My Silhouette Gel Cream Review

I am not the fattest or skinniest person you've ever seen but I do have a little pudge on me. I wanted to find the miracle solution to get my body back into its old shape from years ago. At the time I was starting to count my calories and work out a couple times a week. I just wanted something that would just tighten me up more! I saw this Nivea My Silhouette gel cream on the shelf at Target one day and thought to myself "yeah right" but I bought it out of desperation. My Silhouette said that it uses white tea and anise extract to achieve this look. I figured I would only use this Nivea cream on my target problem areas so I wouldn't waste it. I put it on my stomach, under arms, butt, and thighs. It has a pretty strong smell but it is bearable to wear when you're home alone for the night.

I applied My Silhouette every night for three weeks and I really did notice a difference. My skin was much softer and it did feel "tighter" every morning that I woke up. It is hard to say if this is a miracle worker or not because I was exercising and eating right at the same time :/ I do feel that it does help and for the price that it is now, I would recommend it. If you are severely obese/overweight I would not recommend this product. I feel as though this Nivea cream would be most affective during your last stage of weight loss/ toning muscle.
