Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo Review

I had always used Paul Mitchell shampoo when I was growing up as my mother always bought the biggest bottle they had of it. It was the baby smelling shampoo with the bright yellow accents.

I'm not quite sure what brand it was but I just remember how good my hair looked after using it. Sometimes my scalp can get really dry and cause little flakes to fall of when I itch my head. On certain days the dandruff can get so bad that I don't even want to leave the house. On the positive side, I have dirty blonde hair which helps it show much less than a person with black hair would. I needed a miracle product and head & shoulders shampoo just wasn't cutting it. My mother (a professional hairstylist) went to her beauty supply store to look around and see if she could find something for me. A salon owner recommended this Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo for anyone having scalp issues.

My mom brought a huge green bottle home of the tea tree shampoo for me. I was wondering why she chose the biggest one since we didn't even know if it'd help. She assured me this was my solution so I hopped in the shower to test it out. I put about a quarter size of the tea tree product on my palm and rubbed it together. There was a great lather that formed which meant it would spread evenly on my hair. The smell was amazing, a light lavender smell which reminded me of lilacs. I then applied it to my scalp and massaged it in only to feel a sort of "tingle" sensation happen. It felt great on my scalp and the bit of minty smell made me feel refreshed. This tea tree shampoo is my favorite product to use in my morning showers because it wakes you up! After I let my hair air dry, my scalp felt much better and I didn't even see a flake fall all day! This Paul Mitchell tea tree shampoo is fantastic. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a wonderful shampoo. Although it is spendy, I believe it is worth every penny. Keune De-Frizz Shampoo Review

I had been looking for the right shampoo for a very long time. My hair drives me absolutely insane with its frizziness.

I think I have tried every shampoo in the drugstore to try to solve my frizzy hair problem. My mother is a hairstylist and she found a product called Keune de-frizz shampoo in the beauty supply store. She said she saw a salon owner buy all the Keune products in stock off the shelves. That was a great sign that this brand could work great. I was skeptical but I had nothing to lose to try another type of shampoo. The thing that drew me in was the shampoo bottle container. It is the coolest shampoo bottle I've ever seen. It is a rounded flat bottle that is see-through with lime green product in it.

I got in the shower and wet my hair down. I put about a nickel size amount of the Keune shampoo in my palms and rubbed together. The product didn't soap up very much but maybe it was because I didn't use enough. It was sort of difficult to spread out evenly on my hair because it didn't have the greatest lathering effect. The smell was nice, nothing too amazing but I liked it. When I got out of the shower I let my hair air dry. This is no means a miracle product but it does tame some of the frizz..about 40% I would say. I used this Keune frizz shampoo for about a week and realized it was creating some waxy build up on my scalp. As with all the frizz control shampoos I buy, this usually happens. I would recommend this product but only use it maybe for 2-3 times a week and stick with conditioner.

Keune Blend De-Frizz Cream Review

It was Easter morning and my mother made me a nice little basket (I am 21!). Although I feel it is way past due getting one of those, I always love getting presents!

This year she gave me a product called Keune Blend De-Frizz cream that had just come out in the beauty salon. She is a hairstylist and is always on top of new products. She said when she went to the beauty supply store, a woman bought the whole set of 60 bottles of this Keune frizz cream. I couldn't believe it! If a salon owner stocked up on this product, it must be worth having.

I have always had the most frizziest hair that would never tame itself. No matter what I do I always have little fly aways by the roots of my hair and down. I have tried bed head manipulator and that only works for about an hour before the darn hairs pop up again. I had always begged my mother to save my hair stress and just make it look good! So I thought what the heck and tried it after my shower (using Keune shampoo too) With wet hair I put a dime size amount of Keune cream on my hand and rubbed them together. I then dispersed the product evenly throughout my hair (or tried to at least). The smell was bearable, nothing spectacular but nothing horrible. The product itself was very creamy and liquidy. I was expecting it to be sticky but it wasn't. I let it air dry and my frizzes were about 40% gone. This is no miracle worker but after I applied it two times within an hour, it was about 60% gone. I don't think you can use this Keune alone to tame your frizz but it is a nice helper. I would recommend this product to anyone with frizz problems to try this out, it could work wonders on your hair type.
